Bargineering.com has a collection of top-notch career advice posts, and several of them have been helpful to me in preparing for interviews. For example, in this post, Jim Wang nicely summarizes how to get your message across during an interview. I also found the ten most common interview questions (along with their answers) very helpful. But if you really want to dig deep into interview questions, check out this post (this time not on Bargineering), on the 50 most common interview questions. It is worth the time it takes to sift through the comments, because there are some real gems there as well (once you get past the trolls).
